How Robert Maxwell's Longtime Lawyer and Confidant Connects to Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Clinton's White House and Antony Blinken

Samuel Pisar was Robert Maxwell’s longtime lawyer and confidant. He may have been the last person to see Robert Maxwell alive. After Robert Maxwell’s death Samuel Pisar became Jeffrey Epstein’s advisor. Epstein facilitated getting Robert Maxwell’s hidden assets to the Maxwell children after his death.

Pisar married twice, his daughter from his second marriage, Leah Pisar, worked in Bill Clinton’s White House. His stepson, Leah’s half brother, is Antony Blinken, Joe Biden’s Secretary of State. Blinken co-founded Elandil Productions Inc. which organized the Short Circuit Festival for emerging filmmakers at Judith Pisar’s American Center in Paris. Blinken recruited Pamela Meiselman as public relations liaison for Elandil.

After the festival she married Bertrand Boulet in 1994. She appears in Epstein’s black book under “Pamela”, where she is listed as a way to get in contact with Jean-Luc Brunell. A July 1994 article from the New York Times confirms that Pamela Boulet (born Pamela Abbe Meiselman) pivoted to assistant director at Karin Models, run by Jean-Luc Brunel, Epstein’s alleged partner in supplying young girls, often minors, who was investigated for rape and sex trafficking in France.

In 2002 Leah Pisar contacted Ghislaine and Epstein regarding the Seeds of Peace organization seeking corporate sponsorship from Victoria’s Secret for the organization. By the beginning of 2003 she was thanking them for their contribution.

Pamela Abbe Museilman Boulet worked for Jean-Luc Brunel for 15 years. u/kaalout provides a picture of Pamela and Heather Mnuchin who is the former wife of Steven Mnuchin, Trump’s former Secretary of the Treasury. According to this article by the Daily Beast, Steven Mnuchin was listed as the state point of contact for Next Model Management. Mnuchin has said he doesn’t know how this happened and he doesn’t know Brunel, yet here is Heather Mnuchin pictured with Brunel’s assistant Pamela.

In official records, Mnuchin is listed as the official state point of contact for Next Management Corporation, a company formed in 1988 by modeling-industry insiders Jean-Luc Brunel and Arnaud Brunel.

Samuel Pisar had significant professional and ideological ties to the Seagram Company and the Bronfman family regarding their operations in Russia (then the Soviet Union).

Legal Representation: Pisar’s law firm was instrumental in helping Western corporations navigate the “Iron Curtain.” His partner, John Huhs, explicitly represented Seagram (along with other giants like McDonald’s and Boeing) in their Soviet and Russian ventures.

World Jewish Congress (WJC): Edgar Bronfman Sr. was the President of the WJC and used his status as a top business executive to gain access to the Kremlin. He famously negotiated with Soviet leaders to allow Soviet Jews to emigrate.

Shared Mission: Pisar, a Holocaust survivor and expert on international law, was deeply involved in this same struggle. He and Bronfman were allies in using economic leverage (trade) to press the Soviets on human rights issues, specifically the freedom of “refuseniks” (Jews denied permission to leave the USSR).

During the 1980s they operated as close external allies and strategic partners in the exact same diplomatic circles.

The Corporate/Legal Track: Pisar and his law firm carved out the legal infrastructure for major Western brands—including Bronfman’s Seagram empire—to begin negotiating commerce in Moscow.

The Humanitarian Track: Simultaneously, Bronfman used his massive leverage as a prominent global CEO to gain direct access to top Kremlin officials. Once in the room, he pivoted to his role as President of the WJC to aggressively negotiate the release and emigration of Soviet Jews.

In 1991 Les Wexner and Charles Bronfman founded Mega Group initially called the Study Group. Between 1987 and 2007, Wexner retained Jeffrey Epstein as his financial manager, whom he granted significant control of his finances, including power of attorney. Epstein reportedly earned a significant fraction of his wealth through his services provided to Wexner.

Robert Maxwell died on November 5th 1991. His body was discovered floating in the Atlantic Ocean, near the Canary Islands, having apparently fallen overboard from his yacht at the age of 68.

Edgar Bronfman Sr.’s daughter is Clare Bronfman who made headlines for being a major player in the NXIVM cult giving the leader, Kieth Raniere millions of dollars.

As I mentioned above Leah Pisar worked for the Clinton administration. WJC = William Jefferson Clinton. Doug Band was Clinton’s longtime aide he would converse frequently with Maxwell on the WJC email. Leah Pisar is included in some of the messages. Another Clinton aide - John Keedan also makes an appearance in the emails with Doug Band. BooBoo is what Ghislaine calls Band.
